How do I extend my lease another month?

All of our leases are month-to-month as needed. As long as you are making payments the unit remains yours.

How do I end my lease?

Please notify us as soon as possible but in writing no less than 3 days in advance of moving out.

Do I get a refund at the end of my lease?

Any prepaid rent for months other than the month vacating will be refunded. Any refund should be mailed to you within two weeks of ending your lease. Please give us a call if your address has changed or if you have not received your expected refund after two weeks.

Can I use my own lock?

Yes. You must supply your own lock, so you are the only one who has access to the keys or combination for your unit.  It is recommended that you use a stainless-steel lock.

When is my payment due?

Your lease begins on the date you sign your lease. Your first month payment is due at that time. For subsequent months your rent is due on the first of the month.

What type of payments do you accept?

Money order, check, Venmo, or credit card.

How tall are your doorways?

Our overhead doorways are about 7 feet tall. Some of the smaller units have standard 80” tall doors.  Units generally have 8-foot ceilings.

Who has access to my unit?

As a renter you have complete control who has access to your unit with your keys. Management may enter your unit with one day advance notice to make any repairs on doors or perform general maintenance on the property. If your account is in default, the manager will enter to inspect your unit.
